Privacy Policy
Effective September 10, 2026
Donzoh ("Donzoh," "we," or "us") is an early-access software product. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it's used. It covers this website and the Donzoh product itself. We'll update this page as the product changes, and we'll update the effective date above whenever we do.
Information you provide us
Early Access signup. When you request Early Access, we collect your first and last name, email address, and — if you choose to provide it — a phone number. Providing a phone number is optional, and you can separately choose whether to opt in to receiving text messages from us; we only use your phone number for SMS if you've given that opt-in.
Early Access questionnaire. If you complete the optional follow-up questionnaire, we collect your answers about how you currently plan and execute work — for example your role, team size, the tools you use today, and the challenges you run into. This is research we use to understand who we're building Donzoh for; answering is entirely optional and you can stop at any point.
Product account data. If you create a Donzoh account, we collect the information needed to operate the product for you — your login credentials (handled by our authentication provider, not stored by us in plain text), and the projects, tasks, decisions, and related content you create while using Donzoh.
What Donzoh remembers about your work
As part of using the product, Donzoh identifies a limited set of patterns from how you execute your own work — never raw activity logs, only summarized observations. If you have a Donzoh account, you can review everything it has learned, correct anything that's wrong, delete individual items, export the full set, or turn this learning off entirely, from within the product while signed in.
How we use information
- To operate the Donzoh product for signed-in users.
- To follow up about Early Access, including scheduling conversations you've opted in to.
- To contact you by text message, but only if you've opted in to SMS.
- To understand prospective users' needs through the optional research questionnaire.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the product.
We don't sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on third-party infrastructure to run Donzoh, including a database and authentication provider (Supabase), a hosting provider (Vercel), and, for paid product features, a payment processor (Stripe) that handles payment details directly — we don't store your full card number ourselves. These providers process information on our behalf to operate the service.
Donzoh also uses AI to generate parts of the product — for example roadmaps, step guidance, recommendations, and reflections. To do this, the information you provide is sent to a third-party AI provider (currently OpenAI) that processes it on our behalf to produce that output. We don't use your content to train AI models.
Data security
This site and product are served over HTTPS. Early Access and account data are stored in a database with access controls that restrict who and what can read or write it, and everyday product access is scoped to your own account. No method of storing or transmitting information is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as we need it to operate Donzoh, follow up on Early Access, or respond to your requests. If you'd like your information corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below and we'll act on your request. Account holders can also manage and delete what Donzoh has learned about their own work directly within the product.
Changes to this policy
As Donzoh moves from Early Access toward broader release, this policy will likely need to change with it. We'll update the effective date above whenever we make a change.
