Terms of Service
Effective September 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use Donzoh ("Donzoh," "we," or "us"), including this website and the Donzoh product. By creating an account or using Donzoh, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Donzoh.
What Donzoh is
Donzoh helps you turn objectives into structured, sequenced work — building an execution path, guiding you through it, and helping the plan adjust as conditions change. Donzoh is in active development and offered on an early-access basis. Features may change, be added, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable, and parts of the product may not work perfectly.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Donzoh account. You're responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly (through support) if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Your content and information
You keep ownership of the objectives, projects, tasks, notes, decisions, and other content you put into Donzoh. You give us permission to store, process, display, and back up that content, and to use it to operate Donzoh for you — for example, to generate and update your execution path, guidance, and related features. This permission exists only to run the service for you and ends when the content is deleted, except for copies kept briefly in routine backups.
You're responsible for what you put into Donzoh. Don't submit content you don't have the right to use, and be thoughtful about including confidential information that belongs to other people or organizations.
We don't sell your content, and we don't use it to train AI models.
AI-assisted features
Donzoh uses AI to generate parts of the product — for example roadmaps, step guidance, recommendations, reflections, and check-in questions. To do this, the information you provide is processed by a third-party AI provider on our behalf.
AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or not right for your situation. Donzoh helps you structure and move through work — it doesn't replace your own judgment. You're responsible for reviewing what Donzoh suggests and for the decisions you make and actions you take. Donzoh does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
When using Donzoh, you agree not to:
- use Donzoh for anything unlawful, or to plan or carry out unlawful activity;
- try to gain unauthorized access to Donzoh, other accounts, or the systems and networks behind the service;
- probe, scan, or test the security of the service, or interfere with or disrupt it (for example through overload, abuse, or malicious automation);
- infringe others' intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- misuse other people's personal or confidential information;
- scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its content except as we expressly allow.
You may use Donzoh for your own work, including work you do professionally.
Guidance+ and payment
Guidance+ is Donzoh's paid subscription. Paid subscriptions may not be available to you yet. When Guidance+ is available to you and you choose to subscribe, the following applies:
- Guidance+ is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout (currently US$14.99 per month). There is no free trial and no annual plan.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal.
- You can cancel anytime from Guidance+ in the product. If you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- If you delete your Donzoh account while a Guidance+ subscription is active, the subscription is cancelled immediately.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Donzoh doesn't receive or store your full payment card number.
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
- We may change Guidance+ pricing. If we do, we'll give you notice before a change applies to your subscription, and the new price takes effect on your next renewal after that notice.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account anytime from the Account page in the product. Deleting your account permanently removes your Donzoh account and its associated product data — your roadmaps, execution history, and what Donzoh has learned about your work — and cancels an active Guidance+ subscription immediately.
Deleting your product account is not the same as erasing every record we might hold. Some information can remain — for example, a separate Early Access signup under the same email, or records we're required to keep. For broader requests about your information, contact us through support; our Privacy Policy explains more about retention and deletion.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or end your access to Donzoh if you break these Terms, or if we reasonably need to in order to protect the service, other users, or ourselves. Where it's reasonable to do so, we'll let you know. You can stop using Donzoh at any time, and delete your account as described above.
Third-party services
Donzoh runs on third-party infrastructure, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and a third-party AI provider. Those providers' own terms apply to the parts they operate. Donzoh isn't responsible for third-party services we don't control.
Service availability and changes
Donzoh is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may set or adjust limits on use of the service.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donzoh is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service, or any AI-generated output, is accurate, reliable, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donzoh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Donzoh.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donzoh's total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Donzoh in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes to these Terms
As Donzoh moves from early access toward broader release, these Terms will likely change. We'll update the effective date above whenever we make a change, and for material changes we'll give reasonable notice. If you keep using Donzoh after a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated Terms.
